*Description*
The Product Owner will lead strategy and execution for a wildfirerelated portfolio spanning GIS systems (Esri), publicfacing outage map capabilities, risk modeling tools (TechnoSilva), meteorology and firerisk data solutions, and analytics integrating weather, fire, and asset data. Responsibilities include backlog ownership, agile delivery oversight, vendor engagement, software and subscription management, and ensuring product development aligns with business needs. Daily work includes collaborating with business teams on emerging demands, coordinating with delivery teams, guiding vendor contracts/roadmaps, and partnering with peer Product Owners in the OPS portfolio. The role does not manage people but requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders. It primarily supports internal wildfire, operations, vegetation management, and emergency response teams. Rampup is expected to take 8-12 weeks. Work hours align with U.S. business hours overlapping CT/MT.
