This role is a sales position in the License Management Organization. License Management has the responsibility to ensure our customers are properly using their licensed software. Annually, Infor will audit our customers, and if a compliance issue exists, license management will then contact the customer and resolve the problem. This job does not require travel. It's a quota carrying role, and compensation includes both a base salary and commissions. The License Manager works closely with the field sales teams to jointly resolve the customer's compliance situation. Both are compensated at 100% each on any license resolution. A Day in the Life Typically Includes: Contact 15 to 20 customers per day to review audit findings. Work with Deal Desk to draft order forms, amendments, addendums to send to customers to settle audit overages. Review contracts for the field to assist in assignments, etc. Collaborate with legal on redlines from customer. Work closely with field reps as part of overall sales strategy with customer. Basic Qualifications: Empathy and the ability to convey to our customer. Experience working with compliance terminology. Experience speaking with C Level executives and legal teams. Experience presenting audit findings with customers. Legal Authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: Experience listening through a variety of situations and work through complex issues. Experience working with customers from all levels of an organization.
