Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for working cross-functionally to develop marketing campaigns and messaging strategies for market segments important to Southwire. This role will be responsible for developing and deploying content targeting the various audiences across the sales cycles to drive demand and lead generation, and preference for the Southwire brand. This includes broader messaging, communicating the "One Southwire" value propositions, as well as curating and coordinating applicable content to each of the audiences identified. This individual will work closely with our sales and marketing teams along with other functional teams where applicable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as a specialist in marketing, leveraging in-depth expertise to develop innovative strategies that align with business goals, addressing market challenges with effective solutions.
  • Advises senior leadership and teams on market trends, offering actionable insights and recommendations for aligning marketing practices with overarching business objectives.
  • Develops strategy for comprehensive marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with product launches, branding initiatives, and customer engagement efforts to drive company growth.
  • Coordinates externally with partners, agencies, and vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and the delivery of high-quality, results-driven marketing programs.
  • Designs and develops industry-leading marketing programs, focusing on maximizing brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Implements systems to measure marketing performance, analyzing key metrics and providing regular reports to senior leadership on campaign outcomes and areas for improvement.
  • Develops actionable insights from market data, continuously assessing competitor strategies, customer behaviors, and emerging industry trends to inform marketing decisions.
  • Coaches and mentors junior marketing team members, providing operational guidance, skill development opportunities, and ensuring high levels of performance within the team.
  • Interfaces with other departments, working collaboratively to ensure that marketing strategies align with sales, product development, and customer service to optimize overall business performance.
