Process Manager - MOC and TMS

As the Process Manager - MOC and TMS, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of two critical, cross-functional business processes. These processes, along with enabling digital systems, include the Management of Change (MOC) process and module, and the Training Management System (TMS).

You will bridge process ownership, product management, and digital system strategy to ensure both systems are intuitive, compliant, data-driven, and widely adopted.

You will report to the Director, Operational Excellence Programs. This will be a hybrid work schedule- 3 days in the office and remote 2 days based at any major PPG location.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain guidance documents, work instructions, training materials, and communication content.
  • Support global onboarding, change management, and adoption across sites and regions.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and site teams to ensure user experience.
  • Own and maintain the global MOC process standard within EHS, Engineering, and Quality requirements.
  • Define the longterm product vision and strategic roadmap for the ETQ MOC module.
  • Be the global module owner for the Training Management System and represent Operations on the crossfunctional TMS core team.
  • Develop the longterm TMS product roadmap in collaboration with IT, EHS, Quality, and Manufacturing.
  • Lead usability and feature enhancements to improve visibility into training status and overall process effectiveness.
  • Support system governance, data integrity, standardization, and alignment to Operational Excellence priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical or engineering field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Systems, Project Management, EHS, Quality, or Engineering.
  • Experience with operations tools and systems (MOC, TMS, QMS/EHS MS).
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement methodology.
  • Strong analytical skills including KPI design, dashboards, and datadriven decision-making.
