Salary is commensurate with experience and is based on a nine-month academic appointment paid over 12 months. Position Summary The University of Illinois Chicago College of Business Administration invites applications for a full-time lecturer to teach Business Communication (BA 200). This required three-credit-hour undergraduate course introduces the fundamentals of communicating effectively in a corporate environment, including writing business documents, delivering presentations, and collaborating in teams. The position start date is August 16, 2026. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience teaching business communication at the university level. The ability to teach other business administration courses, such as Business Decision-Making (BA 111), which focuses on analytical skills with a particular emphasis on quantitative reasoning and basic data analysis using Excel, is preferred.
