Pay Range - $22 to $30 per hour (Actual base pay based on factors such as relevant experience, education, market, qualifications, and skills.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
This position also supports overall maintenance operations, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and may assist in training team members or coordinating with contractors to ensure high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and components in production and facility equipment

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, drives, control panels, and related systems

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

  • Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as needed

  • Complete scheduled maintenance tasks and respond to work orders in a timely manner

  • Manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision

  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to maintain equipment reliability

  • Support installation, modification, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

  • Follow all safety procedures and report hazards immediately

  • Estimate material needs and assist with project planning

  • Participate in 5S and general housekeeping activities

  • Perform other duties as assigned



Required Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred

  • 3+ years of experience as an industrial or maintenance Electrician

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, drives, and control systems

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents

  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

  • Familiarity with PLCs and automation systems

  • Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
