Responsibilities Job SummaryThe Clinical Trial Contract Analyst II independently negotiates a broad range of clinical trial contracts, balancing sponsor expectations with institutional requirements. This role ensures compliance with regulatory and financial standards, identifies potential risks, and proactively resolves contract issues with minimal escalation. Analysts at this level are accountable for managing their portfolio of agreements from intake through execution, collaborating with investigators, legal counsel, and business operations partners to expedite trial start-up. They serve as subject matter contributors, mentor junior staff, and support process improvement initiatives within the contracting team. Essential Functions
