As a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients' lives!

In this role, you will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to:
  • Develop and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of complex clinical disease states and advanced treatment guidelines.
  • Clearly communicate complex product information to healthcare professionals to positively impact patient outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans that leverage a deep understanding of the market landscape, dynamics and patient access challenges.
  • Address customer needs and driving sales performance.
  • Provide solutions to customers by creating tailored experiences that address the unique needs of each account.
  • Collaborate effectively across sales teams and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies and comprehensive management of key accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, demonstrate a growth mindset and seek innovative approaches to sales and customer engagement.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ yrs of demonstrated Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a combination of: pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or related industry / settings within the healthcare ecosystem
  • Experience in account planning and/or complex reimbursement model
  • A valid driver's license and safe driving record

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $118,000 to $127,500. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
