Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Media Billing Specialist. The role within the integrated media team, will be responsible for order setup, invoice procurement, flow chart quality control and other tasks as described in the Key Responsibilities. This position plays an important role in activating our media buys within each channel through flawless execution from initiation to completion.

  • Assist the Billing Lead with tracking down missing vendor invoices, clearing monthly discrepancies for the team, and updating tracking documents, as necessary.
  • Work closely with the Billing Lead to providing weekly updates for clearance and invoice payments.
  • Coordinate with internal team leads and vendors to ensure accuracy of information across Insertion orders, invoices, and financial trackers.
  • Gather information for new vendors and review vendor statements for possible past due amount/credits, provide updates on reconciliation and if any vendor payments are due that have yet to be paid.
  • Assist with all financial data and related records.
  • Coordinate with the billing lead to very all tracking is done accurately, and to assist with finding any issues within the current process.
  • Help issue Insertion Orders (IOs) using approved language and approach.
  • Supports, as needed, planners and specialists in updating media flowcharts with attention to detail.
  • Promotes the media offerings of Syneos Health internally and externally, selling in the media capabilities where applicable.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree with 2 years of financial reconciliation and billing management experience at a professional services organization.
  • Familiarization with digital and traditional media preferred.
  • Proven track record of error free work to support a high degree of attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills
  • Deep integration with Microsoft Excel
  • Pharmaceutical experience a plus.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is between $19.23 to $28.85, but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
