Genesis10 is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS) - Onsite for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle using Java, Spring, and modern front-end frameworks, especially ReactJS. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of delivering high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment. Responsibilities: Develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Java, Spring, and ReactJS Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality software Develop secure, maintainable, and user-friendly applications Build REST APIs and work with web services Requirements: 10+ years of relevant IT development experience 6+ years of hands-on web development using Java and Spring Strong experience writing JUnit tests 4+ years of UI/UX development using HTML5, CSS3, ReactJS (expert level required), jQuery, Node.js, and JavaScript Proven ability to develop Single Page Applications (SPAs) with ReactJS Experience creating custom reusable React component libraries Database experience with any RDBMS, preferably SQL Server Working knowledge of SQL Experience building REST APIs (JAX-RS, Swagger, YAML) Experience with web services and related development approaches Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, and schema processing technologies Prior experience with Scrum, SAFe, or Lean Agile methodologies Familiarity with source code management tools: Git, Bitbucket, SVN Experience with build tools: Maven, Ant, etc Knowledge of Spring MVC and Spring Batch Working experience with CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins or Ansible Tower Comfortable using IDE tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, WebStorm, Atom, Notepad++, Sublime Text, or Web Matrix Desired skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Strong teamwork, collaboration, and inclusiveness Self-starter with strong motivation, ownership, and innovation mindset Ability to provide technical solutions and contribute to system automation and analysis Capable of designing and developing common/shared reusable solutions Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing requirements Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
