Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager for a contract to hire opportunity with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Iselin, NJ. As a Program Manager for Enterprise Services Technology, you will take the helm of the most critical, cross-departmental initiatives. This role involves a direct line to leadership, shaping strategy, and ensuring the successful execution of large-scale technology transformation programs that will impact the entire organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a track record of delivering results in complex financial services environments. Responsibilities: Spearhead large-scale, cross-departmental technology programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget Develop comprehensive program plans, define scope and objectives, and align all activities with core business goals Serve as the primary liaison for all program communications, translating complex technical details into clear, strategic insights for C-level executives Lead and motivate high-performing, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence Champion the integration of cutting-edge AI solutions within the financial technology landscape, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency Requirements: Bachelor's degree 10+ years in program management, with a strong focus on technology transformation within the financial services sector Proven ability to communicate, present to, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite (Executive Presence) A solid background in technology, with an understanding of modern IT infrastructure and software development lifecycles (Technical Acumen) A strong interest and ideally, hands-on experience with the application of AI solutions in a financial technology context 7+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education Desired skills: MBA and relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP) are highly advantageous Demonstrable experience working with or for a major consultancy firm Pay range: $65.63 - $73.63 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
