  • Evaluate launch feasibility across cost, timeline, and technical constraints
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies with cross-functional teams

Operational & Technical Execution

  • Support feasibility costing, COG analysis, and value engineering initiatives
  • Coordinate packaging and product development, including collaboration with R&D
  • Manage plant transfers and ensure seamless execution across manufacturing sites
  • Analyze performance and continuously improve processes based on learnings and trends

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product/package development and project management, ideally within beauty, CPG, or related industries
  • Proven ability to operate at a Senior Manager level-strategic, agile, and capable of leading with minimal oversight
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing end-to-end product launches
  • Background in packaging, development, or technical operations strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting global product development initiatives

What Sets You Apart

  • Ability to influence and inspire teams to deliver in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Quick learner who can ramp rapidly and operate independently

Why This Role
