About the Role

We are looking for a Supply Planner to join the SITKA Gear Team in Bozeman, Montana. The Supply Planner is responsible for global finished goods planning across multiple international suppliers in support of the SITKA Gear multi-channel sales plans. They will be a key member of the cross-functional business team responsible for implementing and communicating inventory supply strategies in recurring Commercial Sales, S&OP, and Supply Reviews to optimize inventory turns and maximize OTIF delivery.

This position will be located at our Bozeman facility with the possiblity of a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate Buy Plan, Capacity Plan, inventory strategies,riskand opportunity to Leadership Team.
  • Independently manage Initiatives to achieve end to end process implementation, execute Ad Hoc reporting and analysis as required
  • Create sku level Supply Plan to support on-time delivery of channel demand requirements.
  • Identify and execute action plans to achieve on-time delivery metrics addressing seasonal delivery risk.
  • Partner with Procurement providing direction regarding PO, receipt or production prioritization to optimize inventory productivity.
  • Create and implement inventory strategy to achieve service level targets for key items and categories.
  • Build tools and reporting to allow timely and efficient action in support of inventory strategies.
  • Communicate future supply expectations to Procurement in support of material planning forecasts.
  • Communicate sku level Purchase Orders to Procurement team monthly.
  • Continuous improvement of the Supply Planning process and inventory metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of Supply Planning experience in a multi-channel consumer goods brand
  • Experience developing, implementing, optimizing, and managing supply strategies for a $200M organization
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills demonstrated across different levels and functions
  • Advanced knowledge of consumer brand systems including ERP, Power BI, and Excel
  • Experience in delivering and measuring KPIs in a data-driven, multi-channel sales environments
  • Flexible availability/hours to meet with international partners
  • Proven success independently managing initiatives
  • Travel expected at less than 10%
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, economics, or related field)

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore's work arrangement policies.
