What You'll be Doing:

• Responsible for recommending 'best practice' for flight department.
• Participate on the leadership committee in recommending current and future safety practices and philosophy.
• May manage other functions as directed by Director of Aviation that have significant role in the performance and function of the department, e.g. Safety, maintenance, standardization.
• May perform other general department duties when not flying.
• Assume 200% Safety Accountability - Self and Others.
• Serve as Senior Captain on two fleet aircraft.
• Determines that the aircraft is airworthy for each flight utilizing all applicable weather information and reports in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the safe operation of daily flight department in concert with Chief Pilot and Director of Aviation.
• Oversight of training for flight, ground and maintenance team members.
• Responsible for Customer Service.
• Collect data related to safety trends and provide required reporting as determined by Director of Aviation.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):

• Associate's degree, preferred.
• 6000 TT/4000 Turbine-Powered.
• Airline Transport Pilot License.
• Management experience dealing with personnel.
