Your Next Opportunity:The Site Commissioning (CX) Lead oversees all onsite commissioning activities for utilityscale solar PV, BESS, and highvoltage substation projects. You serve as the primary commissioning liaison for EPCdelivered Bulk Electrical Systems (BES), ensuring equipment is installed, tested, energized, and verified per project specifications, industry standards, and gridinterconnection requirements. What You'll Do:
Up to 75% travel with extended stays at project sites nationwide. Work hours may vary significantly to support commissioning, energization windows, and utility outage schedules. Working Conditions:Work is performed primarily in field environments at utilityscale renewable energy sites and highvoltage substations. Exposure includes outdoor weather, noise, energized electrical systems, and construction equipment. Must comply with all PPE requirements, LOTO procedures, and site safety standards. Physical demands include standing, climbing, lifting (10-40 lbs), and working at heights or in constrained spaces. YOU Matter - Our Benefits
