Brief Description:

The Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition is a senior-level Talent Acquisition professional responsible for enabling, standardizing, and scaling recruiting operations.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, who leads recruitment strategy and delivery teams through the redesign of recruiting processes, governance, technology, and performance standards, this role serves as the primary operational and analytical partner driving implementation, execution and performance visibility.

This position serves as the Talent Acquisition functional lead for Oracle Recruiting Cloud, responsible for configuring and optimizing workflows, requisition structures, and system processes to align with recruiting strategy and business needs. The role partners with HRIS to implement enhancements and integrations, ensures data integrity and governance standards, and identifies opportunities to automate and streamline recruiting activities.

The role is equally focused on developing standardized recruiting processes, building and managing reporting, analytics, and dashboards, and identifying and implementing new technologies and tools that improve recruiting performance.

The role combines recruiting expertise, system configuration knowledge, analytics capability, and structured project leadership to create consistency, transparency, and measurable performance improvement across the TA organization.

  • Drive Innovation: Strategically identify and implement process efficiencies and automation throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Assess existing processes and help optimize and leverage technology such as AI and tooling to support.
  • Foster Collaboration: Partner with the HR organization and cross functionally (e.g. Legal, HR Information Systems, Total Rewards) to implement new processes and iterate to continuously improve existing ones.
  • Empower Data-Driven Decisions: Lead and support monthly reporting of data and insights back to our Annual Operating Plan in concert with Finance and TA.
  • Technology Innovation: Lead the identification of new tools, systems, and processes, ensuring successful implementation and adoption within the TA, HRBP and Hiring Manager populations. Provide support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
  • TA Project Management: Lead and manage TA projects and programs independently, driving initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Support for TA Leadership: Provide strategic and operational support for TA Leadership, including the development of key communications and presentations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Marketing our Brand: In partnership with other cross-functional teams, flush out employee value proposition and create strategic stories and marketing for targeted, niched groups of future talent pipelines.

Job Requirements

  • Expertise in full lifecycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, and passive talent attraction and engagement.
  • Strong command of recruiting analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience optimizing enterprise ATS platforms (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and / or lead organizational change and influence at the senior leadership level.
  • Strategic thinker that possesses professional qualities that instill confidence and trust at all levels in the organization.
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local hiring laws and best practices for compliance.
  • Exceptional knowledge of best practices for sourcing, selection, and hiring and the ability to share knowledge and develop team members.
  • Ability to maintain Company and employee confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive employee information and protect Company proprietary information in an appropriate manner,
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to provide a continuous improvement mindset to focus on identifying challenges and opportunities and providing creative solutions.
  • Ability and experience in successfully leading multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field of study.
  • 8+ years of experience in TA project / program / change management.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including full lifecycle recruiting and supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS HR, or similar).
  • Experience recruiting operations experience in skilled trades within the Oil & Gas industry providing contract drilling or pressure pumping services.
  • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) applicant tracking system.
  • Recruiting operations support for positions that include field and rig-based roles, technicians, mechanics, trucking, engineering, office/professional, HSE and other related positions.

Additional Details:

Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment. Occasional travel to other Company offices and worksites often in remote locations, is required during normal operating conditions while wearing designated personal protective equipment (PPE).
