Join our Early Supports for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) team at Children's Village! Our ESIT Team is comprised of a diverse group of dedicated professionals that incorporate many general and specialty lines of service. Our program is based out of Children's Village and covers home visiting throughout Yakima and Kittitas Counties. We are the provider agency for IDEA Part C services to children and their families in our local area. Our team enjoys the following aspects of working: Serve children 0-3 years of age. Provide in-person services primarily in patient homes as well as in community settings. Some services are on-site at Children's Village, a neurodevelopmental center. As part of our Early Supports for Infants and Toddlers Program (ESIT) team there are educational opportunities to further skills in relationship-based practice. Work collaboratively as part of a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, early childhood educators, nurses, social workers, and behavioral therapists. Paid mileage reimbursement. FTE:1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Position Summary Provides individualized and developmentally appropriate family-centered services to children with special needs, age birth to three. Collaborates with families, other early childhood professionals and community resources to provide support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required. 1 year of experience in Early Intervention education preferred. Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance required. Why MultiCare? Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $27.09 - $39.38 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
