Responsibilities

Allan Myers is seeking an organized, detail-oriented administrator to support our Recruiting department. As a member of this fast-paced team, you will communicate and interact with employees across the company and contribute to meaningful initiatives that help us find and develop talent for our rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities:

    Coordinate events, including signing up participants, reserving meeting space when necessary, managing schedules, handling logistics, creating invitations, and communicating with attendees.
  • Complete data entry and tracking for various programs, including inputting information into our applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
  • Manage inventory for recruiting and marketing materials.
  • Assist with monthly recruiting newsletters.
  • Assist with gathering content for recruiting-related social media posts.

Qualifications

  • GED/High School diploma required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Very experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (proficient and efficient).
  • Ability to learn new technology systems required.
  • Experience working in a position that requires attention to detail, flexibility, and a high degree of organization.
  • Must represent Allan Myers internally and externally in a positive, professional and friendly manner.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
