Serve as College Aide to the Office Manager, Deputy Director, and Director of Queens Street Maintenance. Perform data entry and retrieval utilizing MS Excel and Access. Take minutes during staff and project meetings, prepare written responses utilizing MS Word, prepare Word or PDF version for electronic storage. Utilize MS PowerPoint for assisting with presentations and manuals. Provide auxiliary telephone coverage and auxiliary meeting room management. Conduct research involving electronic (various databases) and paper records. Make calls to solicit documents, perform timely filing of paper documents; operate copier, and scanner. Assist with related and special assignments. Answer phone calls regarding scheduled and on-going construction. Update various databases with inspection survey information. Enter construction related data in various databases and platforms. Performs searches to facilitate requests from the Comptroller's office or Law Department. Minimum Qualifications For Assignment Level I: Preferred Skills
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with supervision to prioritize work. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Public Service Loan Forgiveness
