| Primary Purpose of Position |
The purpose of this position is to provide executive, administrative, and personal support to the Dean. This position leads, manages, and oversees multiple Dean's Office projects, events, and activities while maintaining strict confidentiality as instructed by the Dean. This position assists, as necessary and at the direction of the Dean, in administering the College's programs and processes, space management, and assignment. This position also coordinates communication and appointments with University leaders, Chairs, Directors, faculty, staff, community partners, and community advisory boards. This position is defined and impacted by non-routine tasks and activities, and a mutual working relationship is established with the Dean. This position requires interpretation of the expected objectives of the Dean and coordination of a wide range of support activities assigned by the Dean while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. |
| Minimum Education/Experience |
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from high school and three years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or graduation of a two-year secretarial science or business administration program and one year of experience as described above; or graduation from a four-year college or university, preferably with major emphasis on Business administration or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

| Essential Job Duties |
- Provide executive, administrative, and personal support to the Dean while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Ability to facilitate the organization of high-level processes such as the reappointment, promotion, & tenure process and adjunct faculty hiring
- Coordinate communication with college and campus leadership, as well as community partners, with professionalism
- Various support activities as assigned by the Dean
