Sr. Director, Supply Chain What You Will Be Doing ChargePoint operates the world's largest and most open EV charging network. We also design, build, and support the technology that powers it. As our network grows, it makes driving an EV accessible to more and more people. Our mission is to get everyone behind the wheel of an EV and provide a place for them to charge wherever they go. The Senior Global Logistics and Customs Manager is the operating authority within ChargePoint for issues and process control related to finished good materials from Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers to a ChargePoint facility. He/she is also responsible for the development of timely, cost-effective transportation schemes and for domestic and international shipments. This person is expected to be the authority and 'go-to' for logistics, export compliance-related questions/issues, and to maintain and ensure the highest level of ethical standards in doing so. They collaborate with and support procurement, Finance, Tax, Accounting, Global Supply Chain, and Engineering functions within ChargePoint. This is a diverse role that includes serving as a subject matter expert for internal organizations, facilitating ChargePoint business by helping to ensure compliance with operations related activities for export and importing regulations in North America, Europe, Asia, Mexico and China, including support of ChargePoint operations, providing guidance on export and import compliance issues, assisting in the mitigation of risks and monitoring developments in export regulations, and maintenance of ChargePoint export and import records. Requirements
Location Campbell, CA ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $140,000 to $180,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
