POSITION OVERVIEW: Provide expertise and leadership through the planning and execution of various special projects to include the development and communication of strategy and analysis of overall Revenue Quality performance. Plan, organize and coordinate multiple high-level initiatives concurrently and provide guidance through the application of process management, project leadership and analytical techniques. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide expertise to Senior Executive leadership on overall strategic direction as well as special projects and activities aimed at improving company culture, service, and profitability 2. Provide direction and oversight to Revenue Quality officers and directors in overall strategy as well as tactical plans to ensure focus on execution 3. Develop, establish, and coordinate company level objectives and priorities in collaboration with officers and directors across the organization 4. Lead strategic process improvement projects and collaborate on efforts to enable the enterprise and penetrate strategic markets 5. Identify trends in performance and work with Revenue Quality leadership and support functions to drive continuous improvement and develop strategy for improved performance 6. Coordinate with functional leadership on operational strategies to ensure alignment and oversight of key operations metrics, and drive improved business acumen in the field 7. Ensure proper compliance monitoring of operational procedures 8. Act as a liaison between operations, customers, revenue quality, sales and cross opco groups 9. Represent Revenue Quality in corporate activities; provide input as needed by leadership and departments; assist other Senior Executive leaders across the company 10. Lead projects and initiatives related to any operational changes both long term and short term to ensure implementation occurs with minimal impact 11. Collaborate with the development of tools designed to improve performance in all areas of people, service, and profit 12. Act as subject matter expert for field and corporate employees regarding operational policy, procedures, processes, and budgets 13. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures 14. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience plus seven (7) years' relevant experience in project and operational leadership, which includes experience evaluating, planning and implementing operational changes and/or improvements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to create, prepare and present at an Executive level
- Ability to effectively lead project teams, provide direction, guidance plus mentorship, as needed
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships throughout the organization
- Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable computer system/programs
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Must be able to travel as needed
- Must be available during various shifts to support as needed
