Position: Project Management Intern

Location: 7 Oser Avenue, Hauppauge, NY 11788

Supervisor: Senior Project Manager

Job Type: Internship

Work Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Hourly Rate: $23-$25

Job Description:



  • Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across development and commercialization projects.
  • Support preparation of project dashboards, status reports, and governance presentations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and maintain meeting minutes, action trackers, and risk logs.
  • Support development of project plans, Gantt charts, and resource tracking tools.
  • Assist in monitoring regulatory submission timelines and project documentation.
  • Conduct market or technical research to support project strategy.
  • Help maintain project documentation within internal systems and shared platforms.



Requirements:

Applicants must have a bachelor/master's degree in project management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Business and Science

Experience in using Project Management tools like MS projects

Pharmaceutical Manufacturing background is preferred.

Timings: Onsite work of 40 hours per week: 9am-5pm.

Duration: 3 to 6 months with possible extension
