Position Overview: The Assistant Vice President, Development (AVP) drives all aspects of operationalizing and executing development and fundraising strategy for the organization. This position partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to create new relationships and strengthen existing relationships to drive fundraising revenue streams for Vibrant. The AVP of Development will have a portfolio of donors and work in partnership with the Chief Development Officer to implement strategy. This position will drive development and manage timelines, budgets, reporting metrics and fundraising technology initiatives. Duties/Responsibilities:
