We are seeking a passionate Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (LCDP) to join our team and implement The Seven Challenges, a nationally recognized evidence-based model for youth and young adults. What You'll Do

  • Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments with youth, families, and significant others
  • Provide in-home and community-based counseling aligned with the Seven Challenges model
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor treatment goals
  • Support families in reunification efforts and promote stable commitments for children
  • Maintain crisis intervention, trauma support, and safety planning for clients and families
  • Track progress, drug screenings, and case metrics using the TFS ECHO platform
  • Uphold NASW professional standards and deliver culturally sensitive services
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and program reporting
  • Meet weekly service delivery expectations while ensuring quality and client engagement

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Experienced in human services, healthcare, or nonprofit work (2-4 years minimum)
  • Skilled in crisis management, problem-solving, and relationship building
  • Comfortable providing in-home and community-based services
  • Strengths-based and mission-driven, focused on helping youth remain in their communities
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed

Qualifications

  • Required: LCDP, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT (just one)
  • Valid driver's license and registered/inspected vehicle
  • Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese/Creole)

Compensation & Benefits

  • $64,000-$73,000 based on experience and qualifications
