How will your role help us transform hope into reality?

The Senior Manager, Speaker Bureau Operations is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of speaker bureau programs. You will serve as a critical liaison between internal teams, external partners, and field stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and seamless program delivery.

What will you do?



  • Strategic Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead collaboration with agency partners and internal stakeholders to drive the successful execution and continuous optimization of Speaker Bureau programs. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives, operational excellence standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Field Engagement & Operational Leadership: Serve as a resource and escalation point for field teams, providing strategic guidance, overseeing program logistics, and ensuring seamless execution across all speaker-related activities.
  • Issue Resolution & Governance: Establish and manage a structured triage process to assess, prioritize, and resolve inquiries from field teams and stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, Medical, and Operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant outcomes.
  • External Partner & Agency Management: Collaborate with agency partners, setting expectations, monitoring performance, and driving accountability for high-quality program delivery. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and execution.
  • Event Technology Strategy & Oversight: Provide strategic oversight and optimization of event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent, Speaker Portal, Veeva), ensuring they effectively support scheduling, registration, reporting, and data integrity.
  • Vendor & Systems Leadership: Partner with technology vendors and internal Information Systems teams to prioritize, implement, and scale system enhancements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Capability Building: Lead communication strategies related to program updates, technology enhancements, and process changes. Develop and deliver training programs and resources to enable adoption and drive consistency across stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Risk Oversight: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company compliance requirements, including oversight of annual debarment and exclusion checks for all speakers. Proactively identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.



What minimum qualifications do we require?



  • Bachelors degree with 5+ years of relevant industry event planning and execution, communications, and/or marketing operations experience.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-50% to support program execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary hiring range for this position will be $145,000 -- $180,000.* Actual base salary offered for this position will be based on a number of job-related factors, including, but not limited to: experience (including skills and competencies), education, training and internal equity.

This position is also eligible for the following:
