Job DescriptionIDS is seeking a Site Security Manager (SSM) to support secure construction operations within a designated environment. This role is considered a Key Personnel Position and provides fulltime, onsite leadership and oversight of Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) activities to ensure compliance with approved Construction Security Plans (CSPs), security standards, and design requirements. The SSM serves as the primary onsite authority for construction security operations, coordinating inspections, managing CST staffing, documenting deficiencies, and enforcing site access controls throughout the duration of the project. This position requires strong leadership, operational judgment, and the ability to work effectively in active construction environments. Candidates must be physically capable of performing duties in all weather conditions, including walking long distances, climbing ladders and stairs, working on elevated platforms, standing for extended periods, and maneuvering around construction obstacles and equipment. Key Duties* Provide daily onsite oversight of CST operations to ensure compliance with approved Construction Security Plans. * U.S. Citizenship required.
