Almac Group is currently seeking a Label Project Coordinator for our Durham, NC location. The Label Project Coordinator will design/create clinical study labels using label generation software in accordance with customer specifications and parameters. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage and oversee all functional activities associated with receipt, label design solutions, printing, inspection and release of labels in accordance with Almac Clinical Services SOP's and cGMP's Communicate and coordinate with Project Services regarding the creation and the approval of: Label proof approvals Customer Timelines Almac Clinical Services packing timelines Regulatory review and translations Coordinate with Purchasing Department to get orders placed for blank label stock and raw materials required for upcoming jobs. Approving vendor artwork and compiling documentation needed for QC approval of blank stock. Provide regular updates to supervisors, management and other managers regarding work allocation and project status Qualifications: Required Experience / Education: High School diploma/GED Minimum one year working experience Strong computer knowledge Preferred Experience / Education: Associates Degree or in progress What can Almac Group offer you?
