General Purpose

The Enrollment & Maintenance Specialist completes tasks related to the enrollment and maintenance of online banking and the banks commercial digital products.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Completes the enrollment process related to new customer setups for business and commercial online banking and the following business services: ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, SFTP, Merchant Processing, Online Payment Portal and Remote Deposit Capture services.
  • Reviews enrollment forms, maintenance forms, and agreements to ensure they are completed per bank guidelines.
  • Completes commercial digital product enrollment & maintenance requests in a timely manner ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Verifies commercial digital product enrollment & maintenance setups to ensure quality assurance.
  • Collaborates with the Commercial Banking Support Team to ensure a high-quality end to end experience for our customers.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:



  • Ability to share technical expertise with team members and bank staff.
  • Understanding of how to identify problems and willingness to make recommendations to address them.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Self-motivated, works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understands the importance of and maintains confidential information.
  • Willingness and ability to learn banking and electronic banking processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a with co-workers ensuring service levels are met.
  • Ability to work independently with a minimal supervision.
  • Skill in understanding customer needs and delivering unsurpassed customer service.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking software's, information technology systems and software, with a high proficiency in the use of Adobe, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.


Education or Formal Training:



  • High School Diploma or General Equivalence Diploma (GED) required.
  • Additional post-high school courses are preferred.


Experience:



  • A minimum of one year banking experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with commercial digital services preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis.

Working Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers.

Physical Activities:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Employee also may have to lift up to 25 pounds.
