Job Description General Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the day to day training department operations from the registration and regulatory notification process to the conclusion of class and providing student certificates, post-class regulatory notification, and invoicing support to accounting. Includes frequent student and training client contact by phone, email and in person, entering and processing student registrations and certificates; record-keeping for all classes, ordering and stocking classroom supplies, managing and setting up light catering, performing invoice-requests after classes and writing short cost estimates for custom classes.
