We are looking for a Content Design Producer to support our client's creative team in delivering high-quality content across multiple formats. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to develop their skills within a fast-paced creative environment. You will help coordinate vendors, support asset curation, and ensure projects stay on track throughout the creative process.



  • Location: Remote (Must be within 50 miles of Culver City, Cupertino, or NYC)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday; Standard business hours
  • Pay Comments: W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match
  • Background screening required


Responsibilities



  • Support the creative team in the development, curation and delivery of content across photo, illustration, video, audio and additional formats as needed
  • Assist with vendor coordination, including onboarding, and day-to-day communication
  • Support asset curation efforts to ensure content is organized, accessible, and aligned with creative goals
  • Track creative assets and maintain organized asset management systems
  • Help build and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support smooth execution of creative initiatives


Minimum Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience supporting creative teams, content production, or creative operations
  • Experience working with external vendors or agencies
  • Basic understanding of asset curation, licensing and content workflows
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and track multiple deliverables
  • Highly detail-oriented and proactive * Open-minded, collaborative, and comfortable asking questions
  • Able to work effectively in evolving or ambiguous environments
  • Quick learner who adapts easily to new tools and systems


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience at a technology company
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product teams
