Architect a highperformance builder ecosystem with secure, scalable environments that accelerate experimentation, rapid iteration, and demonstration of highimpact solutions. Oversee endtoend advancement of initiatives, ensuring seamless progression from experimentation to enterprise deployment while upholding architectural integrity, security, and regulatory standards. Influence and align senior business leaders, CIOs, SMEs, and key ecosystem partners to prioritize transformational opportunities and drive codevelopment under disciplined controls. Safeguard enterprise posture by embedding architecture, data, cyber, and risk rigor early in the lifecycle, while championing a strategic buildvsbuy approach that accelerates differentiation. Define and manage a comprehensive performance framework for the Foundry, communicating impact, value realization, and strategic outcomes to executive leadership and positioning the Foundry as a competitive advantage for Valley.
