About the Role Zayo is seeking a People & Culture (P&C) Intern who will focus their efforts on exploring and recommending P&C based AI application opportunities. Our P&C Intern will support the planning, coordination, and analysis of AI-driven initiatives within the P&C function. This role will play a key part in advancing AI-powered solutions that enhance employee experience, streamline processes, and support Zayo's broader P&C AI strategy. The ideal candidate is interested in AI, machine learning, HR technology, or digital transformation. This intern should be analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable bridging both functional and technical perspectives. This intern will contribute to continuous process improvement and innovation by identifying opportunities where AI can deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities

Estimated base pay range for this role: $20.00-$22.00 USD/hour. #LI-EC1 The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
