Genesis10 is currently seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) - Hybrid for a 12+ month contract position with our client, a Global Financial Institution, located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This role requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite. Responsibilities: Optimize the flow of epics/features and value delivered by an Agile Release Train Facilitate Release Train ceremonies and manage dependencies Report on the health of epic/feature delivery and the overall program increment Promote agile principles and mindset through coaching Ensure impediments to delivery are resolved quickly Protect the Trains from disruptions and drive continuous improvement Requirements: Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables Working knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management Experience in education at all levels of management within the agile framework (portfolio, program, team) Experience with Agile tools (Jira) Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills Process and detail-oriented Willingness to be accountable for meeting all deliverable dates for task assignments Ability to foster strong collaboration among team members and help the team solve problems Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality or timelines Desired skills: Agile Acumen Flawless Execution Problem Solving and Influencing Time Management and Emotional Intelligence Polished and professional in phone and email communications Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills Team player with an exemplary work ethic that thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to interact with senior management under highly demanding conditions Strong attention to detail, ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints Pay range: $74.51 - $82.51 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
