Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for planning and driving the delivery of technology project and program deliverables for high-visibility Regulatory Reporting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile SDLC practices, financial management, and will be an expert in enterprise change standards. This position requires coordinating multiple teams to ensure deliverables meet project expectations in functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. Responsibilities: Plan and drive the delivery of technology project/program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams Communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, and facilitate sync points across teams Provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables Manage project risk and compliance to standards Create and manage project status updates, executive summaries, governance artifacts, and project financials Ensure delivery meets the project s expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support multiple projects and deliverables to completion Requirements: Knowledge of Agile SDLC Practices Subject Matter Expert in enterprise change standards, financial management, with a focus on execution and overall health Highly proficient in technology delivery & project management tools including JIRA and PPRT Experience driving end-to-end delivery, ensuring all people, process, and technology deliverables are managed on time and with high quality Project status reporting experience Strong skills in Collaboration, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, and Risk Management Proficiency in Analytical Thinking, Business Acumen, and Financial Management Desired skills: Experience with DevOps and SAFe Agile methodologies Experience in technical project delivery Pay range: $54.54 - $62.54 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
