Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager providing support to Program Executive Office for Nuclear Command, Control, Communications Nuclear Networks Division (NCN) Front Office Group (FOG).The AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA, with an operating location at Kirtland AFB, NM. The NC3 Directorate's mission is to provide support to the Program Executive Office (PEO), the Deputy Director, Deputy AFPEO NC3 and staff for acquisition and administrative control of all NC divisions, branches, and programs. It consists of an Executive Section, Engineering (EN), Financial Management (FM), Operations Management (OM), Information Protection (IP), Contracts (PK), Cyber, Logistics (LG), the Program Execution Group (PEG) and Intelligence (IN). This position's primary role will be focal point/lead for the Front Office Group, acting as FOG Chief functional responsible for senior level administrative review of all acquisition documentation and coordination for senior leaders. This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA. Responsibilities In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition life-cycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the war-fighter. Duties to include but not limited to:
Comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.02 Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework, AFI 63-101/20-101, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoD and the Air Force.
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Clearance. Education: BA/BS Degree Years of Experience: 7 - 10 Years of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications Clearance: ICD 704 Eligible Education: MA/MS Degree Years of experience:10+ years in DoD/DoW environment, primarily supporting Air Force acquisitions programs Certifications: Technical Skills
