Overview
This position collaborates with the relationship team to provide Delaware fiduciary services to high-net-worth clients bringing a high level of subject matter expertise with a focus on relationship expansion and retention. Consults on estate and tax planning, wealth transfer, and asset management needs. Implements and fulfills the provisions of legal and estate planning documents. Collaborates with team to identify Delaware planning and revenue opportunities driven by client goals, needs, financial situations, and family dynamics. Demonstrates discretion and effective judgement in managing complex and sensitive relationships. Supports client service delivery and operational management in all assigned relationships. Provides mentoring and advice to fiduciary associates through a strong knowledge of fiduciary norms. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Trust Administration, Estate Planning, or Financial Planning OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Trust Administration, Estate Planning, or Financial Planning License or Certification Type: Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA) Required, Certified Financial Planner (CFP) RequiredSkill(s): High level of financial or fiduciary and estate planning knowledge., Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills., High level of discovery and interpretation skills., Demonstrated relationship management skills., Excellent communication skills., Demonstrated teamwork skills.
