Architect the Future of Construction Excellence as our Strategic AI Program Manager!

Are you a visionary technologist ready to bridge the gap between abstract AI potential and concrete business outcomes? Trimble is seeking a Strategic AI Program Manager to serve as the primary architect of our next-generation Customer Experience for the AECO industry. In this high-visibility role, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents-from identifying high-impact use cases to technical configuration in Salesforce Agentforce-ensuring our global customers and teams benefit from cutting-edge digital transformation.

About Us:

Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. With relentless innovation in precise positioning, modeling and data analytics, Trimble enables essential industries including construction, geospatial and transportation. Whether it is helping customers build and maintain infrastructure, design and construct buildings, optimize global supply chains or map the world, Trimble is at the forefront, driving productivity and progress.

AECO:

The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

What Makes This Role Great:

This is a rare opportunity to define the "Art of the Possible" by building a next-generation AI blueprint for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction lifecycle. You will act as an internal consultant for CX leadership, moving AI from a concept to a core business driver while gaining hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce to automate complex global workflows.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the AECO AI Blueprint, prioritizing use cases that reduce friction across the customer lifecycle and reclaiming team capacity.

  • Architect and configure Agentforce Topics and Actions, building Salesforce Flows that allow AI to perform sophisticated tasks like pulling project data or escalating technical issues.

  • Lead the Prompt Engineering effort to ensure AI personas match Trimble's professional and expert brand voice while maintaining high technical accuracy.

  • Partner with IT and Data teams to ground AI in Data Cloud, ensuring real-time access to technical manuals, BIM standards, and customer history.

  • Design and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, collaborating with subject matter experts to validate AI responses and eliminate query "dead ends."

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Computer Science, preferably within a SaaS environment.

  • 2+ years of experience leading AI or automation initiatives, such as Chatbot implementation, RPA, or ML-driven analytics.

  • Proven technical proficiency with the Salesforce "stack," specifically Flow Builder and administrative tasks.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI architecture into simple, persuasive concepts for stakeholders.

Bonus Points For:

  • Deep understanding of the AECO domain, specifically the nuances between technical support issues and project workflow errors.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Agentforce orchestration.

  • Experience managing AI deployments across multiple global regions and diverse customer segments.
