PLI is searching for a multimedia professional to fill the role of Studio Technician (On-Call)(responsibilities and qualifications are described below). Work in a collaborative environment with a diverse, employee community. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Camera Operation: Set up and operate a variety of cameras to capture high-quality footage. Adjust camera settings such as exposure, focus, and composition to achieve desired visual outcomes. Technical director: Switch between camera feeds, graphics, and other video inputs to create a polished and professional production. Audio Technician: Monitor and adjust audio levels to maintain clear and balanced sound quality. Ensure to place lavalier on speaker correctly. Other Responsibilities: Maintain effective and professional relationships within the Multimedia department and through the organization. Teleprompter knowledge Communicate effectively with Multimedia management. Post-Production editing Maintain and organize studio equipment. Perform routine equipment checks and assist in equipment setup and breakdown. Other duties, as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 1-3 years of production experience in entertainment, web, broadcast or cable television required. Bachelor's Degree in Video Production is a plus. Proficiency is necessary in Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Production Suite Must have experience in corporate events. Must be able to work responsibly on own, but also to interact professionally with a wide range of internal clients. Switcher Experience a plus. Audio experience a plus. Must display a willingness to juggle multiple projects and calmly meet challenging deadlines. COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THIS POSITION $30.00 - $32.00 per hour (Exact compensation offer may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills and work experience.)
