This cell engineer willwork with a cross-functional team todevelop cell qualification plans to characterize initial cell performance,lifetime behavior,and cell reliabilitytoidentifycritical failures and degradation modes.This person willoversee test progress at internal/external labs and coordinate test priorities. In addition, this person will conduct analysis toidentifyrisks fortimelyprogram decisions. What You'll Do

$109,600 - $195,600/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
