KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Real Estate Services to join our Corporate Real Estate team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide cross-functional guidance and support across various groups, including office services, technology, finance, accounting, and real estate services, with a focus on enhancing the physical workplace experience and understanding corporate real estate operations
  • Participate in the management of cross-functional teams on workplace and budgeting initiatives, such as developing workplace policies and technologies, organizing meetings, maintaining minutes and action items, and preparing presentations for firm leadership
  • Provide assistance in determining space requirements across the real estate portfolio and specific office locations; assist in improving Real Estate Services tools and methodologies, create and automate dashboards for headcount growth, seat utilization, and KPIs
  • Maintain and analyze current and historical data to create trend reports on capital spending, real estate costs, and key performance indicators, and develop multi-year forecasts while fulfilling ad hoc reporting requests
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and segregation of responsibilities, providing day-to-day guidance to associates within lease administration, construction cost accounting, and workplace strategy groups; develop change management communications and support lease transactions and capital projects
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience in commercial lease administration, with a focus on lease auditing and lease abstracting
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the corporate real estate industry, including the ability to effectively manage commercial property issues, negotiate savings with landlords, and handle legal terms with ease
  • Experience with IT third-party software administration and database applications is preferred, along with a passion for innovating and enhancing the colleague workplace experience
  • Highly organized self-starter who can work independently and drive projects to completion, with a strong capacity to incorporate technology and automation into all real estate aspects
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and oral communication skills are essential to effectively interact with landlords, property managers, and work teams
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
