Do you want to lead strategic, highimpact mature asset development initiatives? Are you looking for a senior role that integrates subsurface, surface, and commercial excellence? Partner with the bestAs a Project Director for GaffneyCline Energy Advisory, you will be responsible for the strategic coordination and integration of multiple product lines and crossfunctional teams to advance Baker Hughes' position in the Mature Asset Solutions space. You will establish a field management plan that drives value for both operator and service provider, acting as the focal point aligning subsurface and surface field development principles with Integrated Solutions across OFSE and IET. You will be the central figure shaping winning strategies for mature asset development projects, ensuring seamless collaboration, operational excellence, and successful project acquisition.
