Ensuring a smooth and efficient reception area, the Receptionist greets and assists all visitors, manages incoming calls, and provides essential administrative and clerical support for the Home Office.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently and genuinely demonstrate the STARS principles ofService, Teamwork, Action, ReputationandSuccessin all activities and interactions.
  • Greets, engages and assists associates, vendors, and guests in a vibrant, courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer internal and external calls and direct to appropriate associate or department.
  • Oversee General Voice Mailbox.
  • Scheduling Conference Room appointments/calendar maintenance.
  • Sorting and distribution of incoming mail, incoming packages and faxes.
  • Maintaining Fed Ex Accounts list, order supplies, and create bill allocations.
  • Assist IT in maintaining internal phone list, cell phone lists, etc. as well as monitoring intranet for missing information
  • Keep waiting area in a tidy manner.
  • Notify maintenance of office/building concerns for resolution.
  • Work with office assistant and vendors to schedule maintenance of office equipment and appliances.
  • Notify other tenants and parking garage of on-site meetings that may result in overflow parking.
  • Complete various onboarding tasks for new associates, such as adding various calendar appointments, ordering business cards, name plates and mailbox tags.
  • Ordering of various supplies
  • Serve as backup for the Office Assistant, and create tasks lists for the Office Assistant when needed
  • Provide collaborative support to administrative peers.

Salary Range

USD $20.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.

Compensation Disclosure

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate and 3-5 years of experience working at a front desk or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic to Intermediate skills in MS Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook; proficiency with Internet applications.
  • Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and professional writing.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to connect and communicate effectively, in English, with a diverse range of internal associates and external business partners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team.
