What You'll Do
Client Service & Support
- Serve as a go-to expert for cash management products and services
- Assist clients with online banking, ACH, remote deposit capture, and more
- Troubleshoot issues (including password resets and scanner support)
- Respond quickly to questions and resolve concerns with a high level of care
- Support retention by delivering an exceptional client experience
Operations & Administration
- Set up and maintain cash management services (ACH, Business Online Banking, Merchant Capture, fraud tools, etc.)
- Accurately process account changes, maintenance, and documentation
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Maintain inventory (tokens, scanners) and ensure processes stay current
- Conduct risk reviews and recommend process improvements
Sales Support
- Assist with onboarding new clients and setting up services
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products that meet client needs
- Support relationship growth through thoughtful cross-selling
What You Bring
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in banking or financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Experience with cash management products (ACH, RDC, online banking, etc.)
- 2+ years in retail or business banking
- Familiarity with business deposit accounts and services
- Previous exposure to sales or client relationship support
