What You'll Do Client Service & Support
  • Serve as a go-to expert for cash management products and services
  • Assist clients with online banking, ACH, remote deposit capture, and more
  • Troubleshoot issues (including password resets and scanner support)
  • Respond quickly to questions and resolve concerns with a high level of care
  • Support retention by delivering an exceptional client experience
Operations & Administration
  • Set up and maintain cash management services (ACH, Business Online Banking, Merchant Capture, fraud tools, etc.)
  • Accurately process account changes, maintenance, and documentation
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
  • Maintain inventory (tokens, scanners) and ensure processes stay current
  • Conduct risk reviews and recommend process improvements
Sales Support
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and setting up services
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional products that meet client needs
  • Support relationship growth through thoughtful cross-selling
What You Bring

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in banking or financial services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with cash management products (ACH, RDC, online banking, etc.)
  • 2+ years in retail or business banking
  • Familiarity with business deposit accounts and services
  • Previous exposure to sales or client relationship support
