Support Youth and Families Before Crisis Happens

As an "Agency Without Walls," we deliver services wherever youth and families are-at home, in schools, or in the community. We're seeking a dedicated Diversion Clinician to join our Believe in Making Results (BMR) program, a preventative initiative supporting youth ages 10-14 and their families. What You'll Do
- Supervise and mentor bachelor-level behavioral assistants in case management, therapeutic activities, and skill-building groups
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and trauma screenings to inform individualized recovery plans
- Provide direct clinical services, including individual, family, and group counseling
- Oversee therapeutic recreation and skills-based programs to enhance protective factors and youth development
- Coordinate with schools, community resources, and other providers to ensure holistic support
- Facilitate access to critical resources such as housing, healthcare, and educational support
- Provide crisis intervention and maintain client safety when needed
- Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and meet program productivity expectations
Requirements Who You Are
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (required)
- Independent clinical licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experienced with at-risk youth and families
- Skilled in family dynamics, youth development, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Collaborative, adaptable, and culturally competent
Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000-$63,000/year, based on experience and qualifications
