Overview

Sets the strategic vision for the company's change management presence, integrating it with broader organizational objectives. Oversees multiple teams and cross-functional initiatives to drive change adoption, audience growth, and reputation management. Champions innovation, governance, and performance excellence across all platforms. Acts as a senior representative of the brand in change management, media, and public-facing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic change management planning for high-impact initiatives and executive platforms.
  • Translate functional and business strategies into short-term data objectives and team priorities.
  • Manage multiple teams and/or specialized units of change management specialists, ensuring the execution of technical and operational plans.
  • Collaborate across departments.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development for team members and prepare successors for leadership roles.
  • Promote continuous change readiness and support change management initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs for change effectiveness.
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • College/university degree and 7+ years work experience; 3+ years of management experience.
  • Expertise in managing change management programs and projects, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities and timelines.
  • Ability to guide team members in employing the appropriate change management techniques to solve complex business problems.
  • Ability to develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success and impact of change management initiatives.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple teams, ensuring alignment and cohesion in achieving objectives.
  • Expertise in managing projects from conception to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Ability to analyze diverse data and identify trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas and strategies to various audiences.
  • Flexibility to adapt strategies and processes in response to evolving business conditions or challenges.
  • Commitment to fostering team growth through training, feedback, and recognizing achievements.
  • Leadership in cross-cultural and remote teams.
  • Change governance and risk management.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prosci Master Certification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and crossfunctional stakeholders to influence adoption, alignment, and outcomes without direct authority.
  • Proven ability to design and scale repeatable frameworks, toolkits, and playbooks that enable consistent execution across multiple initiatives.
  • Experience designing initiatives that influence behavior, reinforce ownership, and strengthen organizational culture-preferably within risk, compliance, or regulated environments.
