We'd Love to See:

  • 15+ year experienced practitioner in a consumer credit monitoring and identity solutions with a track record of delivering value; preferably with some experience within a Global role
  • Strong background in risk management
  • Executive Management and leadership experience in successfully building and growing global teams
  • Track record of building and executing ground up strategies to deliver on major organizational initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline
  • MBA or other Master's degree highly desired

Impact You'll Make:

This is a key role for the Consumer Solutions leadership team to lead commercialization and customer success for TransUnion's Consumer Solutions Products across key international markets including the UK, Canada, APAC, India, and beyond.

This role will spearhead the adoption of the Consumer Solutions operating model across markets to create a consistent Way of Working (WoW) and influence the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) across all international markets. In addition, this role ensures the viability and performance of our suite of Consumer products as well as alignment to International and global objectives and strategies. The role reports directly to the EVP of Consumer Solutions.

This role will work closely with the broader Consumer Solutions Leadership Team, Regional Heads, and cross-functional partners in Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc. and C-Suite to ensure alignment across solution, market and enterprise level strategies.

The leader in this role will display competencies that span multiple disciplines including understating market and user needs, developing product strategies, financial planning, product roadmap and backlog development and GTM, commercialization and localization for international markets. Some of these areas will be within the direct remit of the role while others will be led and influenced indirectly by effectively leveraging and maximizing our matrix organization. The solutions that this role oversees a product portfolio that includes Credit, Identity Protection, Monetization (offers), Breach, and other Products within the consumer suite.

  • Build and steward the implementation of the Identity strategy, gather voice of the customer, vertical & regional leaders and the relevant markets, define the data and product roadmap, and provide thought leadership, globally.

Developing product strategies

  • You will form a key part of the Product Development Leadership Committee process with sign off on all new product developments for International Consumer products and ensure the GTM objectives are represented
  • You will drive the development of International Consumer product strategy for Credit, Identity Protection, Offers-as-a-service, Breach products that incorporates GTM, Product and aligns with Global strategy objectives to deliver business outcomes
  • You will define robust business cases with clear ROI and business metrics to acquire resource needed to exploit any identified market trends and growth opportunities
  • You will be the senior leader of Consumer Solutions for International Markets and will be expected to represent TransUnion as needed in senior client engagements. Your ability to speak at this level will ensure TU is seen as credible and you will drive the conversation to uncover opportunities aligned to TU solutions efficiently
  • You will represent the international markets in Global strategy reviews to help shape wider Global strategy, ensure key objectives are considered, learn about alternative strategies from enterprise or US counterparts to help improve approach in international markets
  • You will be responsible for management and development of talent to ensure that the international product portfolio exceeds business objectives

Financial planning, forecasting and capital management

  • You will be responsible for collaboration with matrix partners to drive a top-down revenue plan and will partner with Sales to build bottom up plan that aligns with the goals of the International and Global Consumer Solutions objectives
  • Monitor and report to leadership on revenue performance against plan
  • Tell the International Consumer Solutions story internally by being the lead presenter to C-Suite (CM1), Head of Global Solutions and other executives in monthly finance reviews, quarterly business reviews and in our annual 3-year strategic planning cycle

Product roadmap and backlog management

  • You will influence the product roadmap across new and existing products, ensuring that products are managed throughout their lifecycle, including sunset
  • You will have direct leadership responsibilities for International Consumer product leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts in Global Technology, Data Science and Analytics to develop and effectively manage a unified global roadmap across the product portfolio
  • Monitor costs and maintain them within agreed targets, when appropriate, develop cost reduction strategies for International

Go-to-Market Planning and Execution

  • You will be a domain expert in the international consumer market with a deep understanding of market challenges in addition to being well connected across senior stakeholders at various customers and prospects. You will use this foundation to engage and collaborate with your International functional GTM colleagues to support the broader Consumer Solutions' business needs (market planning, product marketing, R&C, marketing and training and development)
  • You will oversee the International Consumer Solutions Consulting Services team, bringing together the right mix of practitioner experience, product expertise, technical knowledge, market knowledge, sales experience to work with the local sales team to maximize success and conversion rates of pipeline
  • In addition to supporting sales engagements as needed, you will work with the Sales and Specialist Sales teams to proactively develop sector-specific GTM and sales plans; and work with the Sales teams to ensure pipeline growth and conversion is sufficient to meet/exceed revenue growth
  • Ensure product training and upskilling of the sales teams supporting International Consumer Solutions. You will be responsible for championing the cause for value propositions, value selling, solution selling, etc.
  • Ensure products are compliant with local/global (as appropriate) regulatory and privacy requirements

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $193,500.00 - $406,500.00 *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
