Job Description:
Supervise the maintenance activity through the implementation of a preventive maintenance program and an ongoing maintenance repair program for the facility, production maintenance and process equipment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
*Coordinate and perform maintenance of building, machinery and grounds, procurement of necessary materials.
*Manage or assist with facility renovations, upgrades, contractor assignments.
*Support environmental requirements, hazardous waste, health and safety for the facility, including but not limited to lock out-tag out, fire sprinkler system and extinguishers, forklifts.
*Familiarity with ISO 9001 / 14001 initiatives
*Make recommendations on building maintenance needs and improvements.
*Install electrical conduit, wiring switching devices, controls, outlets, fixtures, motors and other such equipment.
*Test, maintain and evaluate electrical equipment.
*Perform skilled maintenance activities including construction, welding, brazing, soldering and plumbing.
*Prepare accurate records for preventative and predictive maintenance.
*Follow established safety and environmental policies, procedures and methods applicable to the work area.
*Performs other duties as necessary.QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:
*High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

EXPERIENCE:
*5+ years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
*Familiar with OSHA Health and Safety rules and regulations.
*Experience with Industrial plant electrical wiring and code requirements, PLC operation, troubleshooting, machine mechanical and electrical operation.

SKILLS:
*Familiarity with air compressors, and diagrams.
