Will perform a full range of custodial duties related to the care, maintenance and cleaning of all assigned buildings and facilities within the government contract to include both routine maintenance as well as non-routine assignments. Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing floors Removing chips, trash, and other refuse; Dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; Provide supplies and minor maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms. Payrate $23.83 Hourly REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Ability to comply with all safety requirements and wear personal protective equipment at all times Ability to comply with instruction and direction Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Applicant must have the ability to successfully pass a background investigation for both the company as well Government Must be able to perform physical labor to include lifting and carrying a maximum of 50 lbs May require a valid drivers license Active Yankee White Security Clearance required Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
