As a Payroll Analyst, your work directly supports the people behind these mission-driven products by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll for a large, multi-state workforce. What You'll Do Process accurate, timely biweekly multi-state payroll for 3,000+ employees using Workday Audit payroll data including hours, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and taxes Reconcile payroll and validate post-processing reports Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations Manage garnishments, deductions, and off-cycle payrolls Provide backup support for payroll in Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica Partner with HR and Finance to ensure data integrity across systems Support year-end payroll activities including W-2 reporting Identify and implement payroll process improvements What You Bring Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or related field 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience Proven expertise with Workday Payroll Strong knowledge of payroll tax, compliance, and regulations Experience supporting international payroll preferred Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information Why This Role Opportunity to support a global, mission-driven organization High-impact individual contributor role with process improvement exposure Advantage Technical Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401k options.
